At Studio Wiin, we know every event is a once-in-a-lifetime moment. We’re honored you’ve trusted us with your vision and your date, especially with so many choices out there. We speak with dozens of planners and clients every day, but it’s the ones who share our values and excitement that make it all worth it.

That’s why, when you reserve with a deposit, you’re covered by our straightforward and genuinely fair refund guarantee.

If you change your mind, your deposit is 100% refundable according to the terms below. We want every booking to feel right on both sides.

For the purposes of clarity, continuity, and mutual understanding, Studio Wiin (“Provider”) and the event host, booking party, or payee (“Client”) agree to the following terms governing the refundability of deposits (“Deposit”) tendered to secure event services (“Event”) for a specified date (“Event Date”):

1. Initial Deposit and Refund Period:

1.1 The Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is requested by the Client in writing within 24hr of Deposit receipt (Cooling-Off Period) but not within fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the Event Date.

1.2 After the Cooling-Off Period, the Deposit shall be considered partially refundable as detailed herein.

2. Post Cooling-Off Period Cancellations:

2.1 Cancellations requested by the Client after the 24hr period will result in the forfeiture of a portion of the Deposit as an administrative and opportunity cost (“Partial Refund”).

2.2 The Partial Refund shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the original Deposit amount, except as provided in Section 3.

3. Replacement Booking Clause:

3.1 Should the Provider secure a new booking (“Replacement Booking”) for the same Event Date and comparable services in price, the Client shall be eligible for a full refund of the Deposit, less any applicable transaction fees or non-recoverable costs.

3.2 Refunds under this clause will be issued only after the Replacement Booking has been confirmed, contracted, and Deposit collected from the new client.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios:

4.1 Deposits are non-refundable in cases of Client-initiated cancellations received within seven (14) calendar days prior to the Event Date, except as mandated by law or expressly stated in writing by Provider.

5. Refund Process:

5.1 All refund requests must be submitted by the Client via email to admin@studiowiin.com with the client’s name, event date, and reason for cancellation.

5.2 Refunds, where eligible, will be processed due within one (1) year of request receipt or Replacement Booking confirmation, whichever is later.

6. Additional Provisions:

6.1 The Provider reserves the right to amend this policy at any time; all terms effective as of the booking date shall apply.

6.2 All other terms and conditions of the Service Agreement remain in full force and effect.
