Studio Wiin Terms Of Service

Welcome to Studio Wiin! By booking, using, or accessing our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). Please read these terms carefully before proceeding.


1. Service Overview

Studio Wiin (“Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers event entertainment, including but not limited to photo booth rentals, event walls, photography, videography, DJ & MC, lighting, and related services (“Services”).


2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Reservation & Deposit:

A deposit is required to secure your event date. Dates are not held without receipt of deposit and written confirmation from Studio Wiin.

2.2 Payment Terms:

Full payment of the remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the scheduled event. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of the deposit.

2.3 Accepted Payment Methods:

Payments are accepted via cash, e-transfer, and PayPal. Any applicable processing fees will be outlined in your invoice.


3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Client Cancellations:

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Deposit refundability is subject to our Refund Guarantee Policy.

3.2 Provider Cancellations:

In the event that Provider cancels, for any reason whatsoever, Provider reserves the right to retain all deposits and payments as liquidated damages and not as a penalty. No refund or additional compensation shall be owed to Client unless expressly stipulated by written agreement signed by both parties. Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from such cancellation.


4. Event Details and Changes

4.1 Event Information:

Client is responsible for providing accurate event details (date, location, access times, guest count, etc.).

4.2 Changes to Booking:

Any requested changes (time, location, services) must be confirmed in writing at least 2 days prior to the event. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.


5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Access and Space:

Client must provide safe, appropriate access and sufficient space for all booked services.

5.2 Conduct:

Client and guests are expected to treat Studio Wiin staff and equipment respectfully. Damage, abuse, or theft may result in additional charges or immediate service suspension.


6.Intellectual Property & Media Usage

6.1 Ownership:

All digital media (photos, videos, prints) remain the property of Studio Wiin.

6.2 Usage Rights:

By booking, Client grants Studio Wiin the right to use event media for promotional purposes (website, social media, advertising, etc.).


7. Liability & Indemnification

7.1 Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Wiin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of or related to our services.

7.2 Force Majeure:

Studio Wiin is not liable for non-performance due to causes beyond our control (including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, power outages, or acts of God).

7.3 Indemnification:

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Wiin and its staff against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Client and guest information is used solely for service provision, communication, and legal compliance.


9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of these Terms or our services will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto Ontario.


10. Changes to Terms

Studio Wiin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective immediately upon posting to our website or communication to clients.
